Refund & Return Policy:
All merchandise, except for special order items, may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the full price minus a 15% re-stocking fee.A full refund will be granted for sales canceled because of the item being out of stock.
Unless requested otherwise, products will be shipped USPS Parcel Post. In most cases, items will be shipped withing 5 days of having the order placed. Weekends and holidays always add a wrinkle to the timing. Out of stock items will naturally take longer.
Warranties
Due to the nature of the glass ornaments, there is no no warranty per se. If an ornament arrives to you broken, scratched or chipped we will replace it free of charge.
